中国国际人才交流大会全新项目对接平台——海外人才交流洽谈系统（EO系统）于3月16日上线试运行。

The brand-new project-matching platform of Conference on International Exchange of Professionals（CIEP）, Experts Online System(EO System) was launched on March 16 for trial operation.

平台设置中、英、俄三语界面，提供“我的发布”“我的应答” “我的收藏”“我的评价”以及“政策动态”“新闻活动”等模块，具有信息发布和应答功能，实现中国（大陆）机构和境外合作机构双向发布和应答“人才需求”“人才资源”和“项目合作”三类信息的功能。

The platform is provided with trilingual interfaces, Chinese, English and Russian, consists of such modules as “My Releases”, “My Response”, “Favorites”, “Comments”,  “Policy Dynamics”, “News & Events”. Withing information release and reply functions, the platform enables both Chinese(Mainland) organizations and overseas cooperative organizations to release and reply to information about talent demand, talent resources, and project cooperation.
