哈尔滨工业大学是一所有着近百年历史、世界知名的工科强校，是我国首批985工程（即C9）重点大学，拥有以38位院士为带头人的雄厚师资，有9个国家一级重点学科，10个学科名列全国前五名，其中，名列前茅的工科类重点学科数量位居全国第二，工程学在全球排名第六。
30多年前，这所世界名校来到黄海之滨，在美丽的宜居城市——山东威海兴校办学。沧桑巨变，旧貌新颜，如今，哈尔滨工业大学（威海）已成为一所与校本部同步发展的大学校区。
威海校区现有全日制在校本科生、硕士和博士研究生11000余人，专任教师534人；有船舶与海洋工程、海洋科学与技术、汽车工程、信息科学与工程、计算机与软件、材料科学与工程、新能源、理学、经济管理、语言文学、土木工程等11个院系；有本科专业37个，共享校本部27个博士点和39个硕士点，另有船舶与海洋工程、海洋科学两个一级学科硕士点。拥有山东省重点学科8个、省特色专业6个、学校“985 工程”重点建设学科2个。2016年还成立了由外国专家担任院长的海洋科学与工程国际学院。
在高水平师资队伍中，既有国家级、省级教学名师，也有国家百千万人才和教育部新世纪人才等。另有包括外籍院长、海外特聘教授在内的93位国内外高水平专家担任兼职教授。此外，还有10位院士定期来校区工作，并建有实验室和科研团队。
As a world-renowned technical university, HIT is one of the first batch top 9 key universities of Project 985 of Ministry of Education in China, known as the C9 League, which means Chinese top nine universities. HIT owns three thousand high quality faculty members, among them there are 38 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In HIT, 9 first-class disciplines belong to national key disciplines, and 10 disciplines are ranked in top five in China. The number of national key disciplines related to engineering in HIT ranks No. 2 in China. In recent years, HIT has become the 6th best global university for engineering in the world.
Over 30 years ago, HIT set up a new chapter in Weihai, a beautiful and one of the best livable coastal city by the Yellow Sea. With three decades development, great changes have been taken place. The proposed numerical model has to be robust as tested by arbitrarily picked 10 benchmark cases (80% has to pass the test smoothly without numerical instabilities).
It would be a plus (1) if comparing to the measured position of key points such as end points of ply/belts in the cured layout, there is less than 3 mm mismatch in the prediction; (2) if the measured inflation tread profile is no more than 1 mm distant from the predicted profile.

（2）柠檬酸酯是目前世界公认的环保增塑剂，但由于其存在的上述问题，限制了其应用，现提出技术需求，对柠檬酸酯进行改性，提高柠檬酸酯的闪点至200℃以上，增塑剂粘度不高于35mPa·s，塑化效率与DOP相当，提高PVC增塑糊的糊粘度稳定性。

The recovery and recyclability of solid acid catalyst were realized. (2) At present, citric acid ester is recognized as an environmental friendly plasticizer in the world, but its application is limited due to the above problems. Now, the technical requirements are put forward to modify citric acid ester, increase the flash point of citric acid ester to over 200 ℃, the viscosity of plasticizer is not higher than 35 MPa · s, the plasticizing efficiency is equivalent to DOP, and improve the paste viscosity stability of PVC plasticizer.

1.交通运输领域相关金属材料制品的新技术、新产品。
（1）淬火曲轴精磨后侧面存在磨削烧伤:在不增加CBN砂轮修整频次，不降低加工效率的前提下难以解决磨削烧伤问题（烧伤判断以酸洗法判断）。
（2）曲轴油孔相交孔毛刺难以保证100%彻底去除：目前人工使用旋转锉去除相交孔毛刺，无法保证质量。使用机器人无可靠的刀具实现去毛刺质量。
（3）解决曲轴产品在加工时存在加工性差的问题和成品曲轴在磁粉探伤时存在磁痕现象：需要在满足曲轴力学性能、疲劳强度要求的同时，消除成品曲轴的磁痕现象，提高曲轴的加工性。
（4）内燃机曲轴生产的智能工厂的加工仿真技术：达到快速柔性换产的目的，一年的产量是200万只。
2.提高连杆毛坯成材率技术。目前企业的连杆毛坯成材率是70%，希望引进新技术或者在原有技术的基础上，提升10%以上，达到80%。
3.消除曲轴油孔加工纹理技术。国六排放标准实施后，柴油机扭转疲劳失效增加，希望通过提高油孔内部表面的质量，消除加工纹理，以降低疲劳失效。
4.公司申报的蓝色产业领军人才项目-大型船用连杆产业化需要1名相关专业的专家。
5.公司院士工作站需要1名相关专业的院士。

2. Technology of improving the yield of connecting rod blank.At present, the production rate of the connecting rod blank is 70%, and it is hoped to introduce new technology or on the basis of the original technology, increase by more than 10% to 80%.
3. Eliminate the crankshaft oil hole processing texture technology.After the implementation of the sixth national emission standard, the torsional fatigue failure of diesel engine increases. It is hoped to reduce the fatigue failure by improving the quality of the inner surface of the oil hole and eliminating the processing texture.
