项目概况
医院现开展床位500支，设置：内、外、妇、儿、五官、急诊、麻醉手术、放射、功能、药剂、检验等42个临床医技科室。全院医务人员420人，其中高级技术人员70名，中级技术人员143名，研究生11名，年门诊病人12万人次，住院病人8000人次，各类手术2500余例，现拥有进口核磁共振、螺旋CT、直线加速器、大C臂血管照影机、数字胃肠机、电子胃镜、腹腔镜、关节镜、全自动生化分析仪、彩超、B超等一流大型医疗设备。
Project Introduction
The hospital is currently existing 500 beds to meet the patients needs. Hospital departments including: Internal medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT(ear nose throat branch), Emergency department, Anesthesia ,Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory and logistics sectors. The total number of hospital medical staff is 420 which comprised of 70 high-ranking(Senior) staff, 143 Intermediate staff, 11 postgraduate educational background talents. The hospital has a total of 120,000 outpatient visits combined with 8,000 inpatient admission per year, and annual surgery operations were more than 2500. Hospital equipment includes: MRI(imported), CT, linear accelerator, angiographic instrument(C-arm), digital gastrointestinal machine, electronic gastroscope, laparoscopy, arthroscopy and biochemical analyzer.

本项目预期解决乙丙橡胶合成催化剂及催化剂的使用寿命：合成多种助催化剂主要是铝、硼助催化剂，助催化剂的作用在于增强催化反应的活性或选择性, 延长催化剂寿命。此均相催化剂是由第四组过渡茂金属化合物和助剂组成，用这些茂金属化合物结合助催化剂催化乙烯、丙烯和少量非共轭二烯烃共聚得到EPDM聚合物。根据催化活性、聚合物组成、共聚动力学、EPDM聚合物的结构与性质等研究催化工艺条件。确定制备EPDM聚合物的最优催化工艺条件。
Main Problems and Expected Goal：
This project is expected to solve the ethylene propylene rubber synthesis catalyst and catalyst life: the synthesis of a variety of co-catalysts, mainly aluminum, boron co-catalyst, which is to increase activity or selectivity, prolong the life of catalyst. The homogeneous catalyst is composed of fourth groups of transition metallocene compounds and additives, which is used to catalyze the copolymerization of ethylene, propylene and a small amount of non conjugated dienes to obtain EPDM polymer. Catalytic conditions were studied according to catalytic activity, polymer composition, copolymerization Kinetics, structure and properties of EPDM polymer. Determination of optimal catalytic conditions for preparation of EPDM polymers.

吸波超材料技术是中国电子科技集团公司第三十三研究所的重要研究领域之一。耐高温、耐烧蚀吸波超材料技术在航空航天领域具有广泛的需求，但目前国内仅有中国科学院光电技术研究所开展过相关研究，且样品耐高温温度尚未达到1000℃。研究所瞄准航空、航天领域的迫切需求，针对工作温度1200摄氏度、长时间工作的耐高温、耐烧蚀的吸波超材料开展了大量研究工作。
Project Introduction
Microwave absorbing metamaterials technology is one of the important research fields of No.33 Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. The aerospace field has extensive demands for high-temperature, ablation-resistant microwave absorbing metamaterials technology. But currently in China, only Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences has conducted relevant research. And high-temperature resistant property of the sample has not yet reached 1000℃. Our research institute aims at the urgent needs of aerospace field, in the same time our institute has carried out a lot of research work on high-temperature and ablation resistant absorbing metamaterials with working temperature of 1200 ℃ and long working time.
