哈尔滨工业大学（威海）材料科学与工程学院主要从事材料方面人才培养、科学研究及社会服务工作。学院现有材料成型及控制工程、焊接技术与工程、材料科学与工程和电子封装技术4个本科专业。专任教师50人，其中教授10人、副教授22人。在校本科生1000余人，研究生80余人。学院拥有硕士和博士学位授予权。焊接技术与工程及电子封装技术为山东省特色专业，材料加工工程和材料学学科为山东省重点学科。学院还拥有山东省特种焊接技术重点实验室、焊接技术与表面工程山东省工程技术中心等教学科研平台。

学院注重人才培养，遵循哈工大“规格严格、功夫到家”的校训培养学生。近年来学院学生就业率均在95%以上，读研率在45%以上。学院注重学术交流，目前已经与英国伯明翰大学等建立了稳定的人才培养和科学研究方面的国际合作关系，为学院学生提供了2+2、3+1+1等出国留学机会，近年来出国读研人数占毕业生总人数的7%左右。

Unit Introduction：

School of materials science and engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology (weihai) is mainly engaged in personnel training, scientific research and social services.The college has four undergraduate programs, namely material forming and control engineering, welding technology and engineering, material science and engineering, and electronic packaging technology. There are 50 full-time teachers, including 10 professors and 22 associate professors. There are more than 1000 undergraduates and 80 postgraduates. The college has the right to confer master's and doctor's degrees. Welding technology and electronic packaging technology are the characteristic majors in shandong province. Material processing engineering and material science are the key subjects in shandong province. The college also has teaching and research platforms such as shandong key laboratory of special welding technology, and shandong engineering technology center of welding technology and surface engineering.

The college attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents and follows the school motto of Harbin Institute of Technology of "Strict criterions, Solid Skills" to cultivate students. In recent years, the employment rate of college students is above 95%, and the graduate study rate is above 45%. 预期目标：

1.生物组织对缝合线的炎症反应：目前制约医用缝合线的突出问题是生物组织的炎症反应。

预期目标：提高羊肠线优质原材料胶原蛋白营养性对人体的帮助，提高羊肠线的生物相容性和抗菌、抗凝血等医用性能指标。使新型产品在医用性能上达到无菌生长、无热反应、无急性全身毒性、皮内刺激和皮肤致敏反应，溶血率低于1%（行标为5%），RGR值高于75%（细胞毒性等级为0或1级）。

2.羊肠线的强度和过早吸收问题：未修饰的羊肠线存在柔韧性差、胶原蛋白吸收量少，在消化液或感染环境中抗张强度耗损快和过早吸收等问题。

预期目标：提高羊肠线的强度，调节或延长其吸收周期。新型产品拉力，强度优于国家标准10N，在强度和吸收率方面对标最新的Caprosyn 、Biosyn单纤维缝合线，在体内30d仍可保持其原来强度的60%，完全吸收时间超过7个月。

Expected Objectives：

Key issues to be addressed and expected objectives

1.Inflammatory response of biological tissue to suture: At present, the prominent problem restricting medical suture is the inflammation response of biological tissue.

Expected objectives: To improve the nutritional benefits of collagen, a high-quality raw material of sheep intestine, and to improve the biocompatibility, antimicrobial, anticoagulant and other medical performance indicators of sheep intestine. The hemolysis rate was less than 1% (line mark 5%) and RGR value was higher than 75% (cytotoxicity grade 0 or 1).

2.Strength and premature absorption of sheep intestine: Unmodified sheep intestine has some problems, such as poor flexibility, less collagen absorption, fast loss of tensile strength and premature absorption in digestive juice or infection environment.

Expected objective: To improve the strength of sheep intestine and to regulate or prolong its absorption cycle. The tensile strength of the new product is better than that of the national standard 10N. In terms of strength and absorptivity, the latest standard-matched single-fiber sutures of Caprosyn and Biosyn can maintain 60% of their original strength for 30 days in vivo and absorb them completely for more than 7 months.

6.表面施胶对纸张掉粉问题的影响以及控制方法（表面施胶剂、净化、其他影响因素）。

7.我厂使用商品浆（无自制浆系统），但三台纸机生产不同品种，如何最大限度回用白水和全厂综合排放废水（电导率高、有时含有增白剂）。

General Situation of Demand：

1.How to avoid the printing problem (eg, mottling) of coated paper?

2.The knowledge of printing: the influence to the printing with diffident coating pigment.

3.The method of colored coating wastewater treatment.

4.Please introduce one or two method to test coat weight on -line

5.Please introduce some defoaming equipments on –line.

6.Which factors of surface sizing（eg. surface sizing agent, water quality） may cause surface pick (or pull-up) of paper, and how to control them.

7.In our mill （use commercial pulp as raw material, without pulping system）there are three paper machines, they usually produce different kinds of paper, how to reuse whitewater and waster water(high conductivity, and sometimes contain fluorescent whitening agent) to the maximum.

8.How to improve the coloration uniformity of colored paper in pulp?

9.Please introduce some technology of coating to make porosity of paper zero.

10.Please introduce the low pollution foaming process of pulp, and how to make paper product with it.

11.Please introduce some technology of electrical insulating paper, and how to control nitrogen content of paper.

12.Please introduce some technology of the heat exchange material that can absorb and desorb moisture and be made of paper.

2.新型高性能装配式建筑构件。

3.高性能海工混凝土及构件。

4.海产品养殖用混凝土。

5.粉煤灰、高炉矿渣粉、工业副产石膏等工业固废材料高效、低成本利用技术。

6.低成本高延性混凝土技术。

7.混凝土构件裂缝自愈合、自修复技术。

8.新型市政混凝土构件。

预期目标：

1、预制构件低成本低温蒸养或免蒸养技术

1）耐腐蚀实心方桩：养护温度≤40℃，养护时间≤6小时；强度等级C60，出养护窑强度＞45MPa，5天强度＞50MPa ，28天强度＞65MPa；材料成本保持不变或减低。

2）PC构件：养护温度30℃，总养护时间≤6小时；强度等级C30，出养护窑强度＞25MPa，7天强度＞30MPa ， 28天强度＞35MPa；材料成本保持不变或降低。

3）预制管廊：养护温度20℃，总养护时间≤8小时；强度等级C40，出养护窑强度＞30MPa，5天强度＞35MPa ， 28天强度＞45MPa；材料成本保持不变或降低。

4)预制空心管廊：养护温度60℃，总养护时间≤6小时；出养护窑强度＞70MPa；5天强度＞80MPa；28天强度＞85MPa；材料成本保持不变或降低。

2、海工混凝土要求高耐久性，控制裂纹产生。

3、工业固废从种类上到数量上能够有新的突破，达到节能增效的结果。

4、寻求一种性能与混凝土相匹配的智能材料实现裂缝仿生自修复，使裂缝修复从缓慢被动转为快速主动。

4) Prefabricated hollow pipe corridors: maintenance temperature 60 °C, total maintenance time ≤ 6 hours; Maintenance kiln strength > 70 MPa; 5 days strength > 80 MPa; 28-Day strength > 85MPa; Material costs remain constant or reduced.
      2.marine concrete requires high durability, control cracks.
      3.industrial solid waste can make new breakthroughs in terms of type and quantity, and achieve the results of energy conservation and efficiency.
      4.seek a kind of intelligent material that can match the performance of concrete to realize the Bionic self-repair of cracks, so that the fracture repair from slow passive to fast active.
