连云港市赣榆区人民医院始建于1949年，现为国家三级综合医院、国家爱婴医院、南京医科大康达学院附属医院及徐州医科大学教学医院。医院先后被评为国家 “改善服务创新医院及示范医院”、省级“患者安全目标管理合格医院”。江苏省文明医院、省文明单位、省健康单位、连云港市先进基层党组织等。

本地区消化道早期癌及癌前病变的检出率逐年增加。内镜下粘膜剥离术ESD作为治疗早期癌及癌前病变的标准微创手段。具有创伤小、并发症少的特点。ESD能使患者生活质量提高且医疗费用降低，但ESD操作要求严格，手术操作过程复杂，如何让本地区消化内镜医师掌握ESD操作的方法。需引进国外消化内镜专家进行指导。由于我院的消化内镜医师尚不能完全掌握ESD治疗消化道早期癌及癌前病变的操作方法，以至于很多患者需要进行外科手术治疗。如何让这些患者得到恰当、有效、微创的治疗，需引进国外消化内镜专家进行指导。

This has the characteristics of small trauma, less complications, ESD can make the patients improve living quality and reduce medical costs, but ESD operation is strict and the operation process is complicated, so as for the issue of how to make the region's digestive endoscopic physicians master ESD operation method, we need to introduce the foreign digestive endoscopy experts for guidance.

我们期望国外专家来我院消化内镜中心指导工作。结合实际病例进行操作演示，讲授ESD操作的具体方法。
Expected Objectives：
Our Gastrointestinal endoscopy physicians cannot fully understand the ESD treatments and operation method for curing early gastrointestinal carcinoma and precancerous lesions, for this reason, many patients need to do surgical operation. We need to introduce the foreign Gastrointestinal endoscopy expert to help us to give patients proper, effective and minimally invasive treatment.
We hope foreign experts could come to our hospital and give help and guidance for our digestive endoscopy center. Experts are expected to do some operational demonstration with real examples and teach us the specific operational method of ESD treatments.

Unit Introduction
Nanjing Forestry University (NFU) was established in 1902. In 2017, it enters into the list of "Double First-Class" University Project of China.
NFU offers a wealth of programs spanning across a broad range of fields with distinctive features. Development and Industrialization of Zero Pollution Comprehensive Treatment and Reuse Technology for High Salt Industrial Wastewater
预期目标：
1.难降解有机污染物预脱除技术：在混凝机理分析的基础上研发专用高效混凝剂、对比分析高级氧化技术选择研发臭氧氧化催化剂，脱除难降解有机污染物，缓解后续电膜脱盐过程的膜污染；
2.离子膜表面改性技术：优化离子膜表面微观结构与电荷分布，增强离子膜（尤其是阴膜）的抗污染性能，提高离子膜的脱盐、去重金属及有机物的效率；
3.新型电膜盐水分离装置：集成改性离子膜、膜堆优化设计、在线监测与过程自动控制等，研发适应性强、维护成本低的分离装置；
4.高盐工业废水零排放综合治理与回用的整套解决方案。实现淡水回收率高达90%以上，产出淡水电导率小于50μs/cm，重金属和有机物达标，实现工业化生产和工程化应用。
Expected Objectives：
1.Pre-removal technology of refractory organic pollutants: On the basis of coagulation mechanism analysis, special high-efficiency coagulant was developed, and advanced oxidation technology was compared and analyzed. Ozone oxidation catalyst was selected to remove refractory organic pollutants and alleviate membrane fouling in subsequent electromembrane desalination process.
2.Surface modification technology of ion-exchange membrane: optimizing the surface microstructure and charge distribution of ion-exchange membrane, enhancing the anti-pollution performance of ion-exchange membrane (especially negative membrane), improving the efficiency of desalination, heavy metal removal and organic matter removal of ion-exchange membrane;
3.New type of electromembrane brine separation device: integrated modified ionic membrane, optimum design of membrane stack, on-line monitoring and process automatic control, etc., developed a separation device with strong adaptability and low maintenance cost.
4.Set of solutions for zero-discharge comprehensive treatment and reuse of high-salt industrial wastewater. The recovery rate of fresh water is over 90%, the conductivity of fresh water is less than 50 ugs/cm, heavy metals and organic matter are up to the standard, and industrial production and engineering application are realized.

Unit Introduction
Jiangsu Productivity Center, founded in 1992, is one of the first group of pilot Productivity centers founded in China, and is a deputy department-level science and technology service organization directly subordinate to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The Center has 19 departments, and more than 260 employees, among them, there are 15 overseas returnees, and 40% employees graduating from colleges and universities in 985 and 211 programs, 80% obtaining master degree or above, and 80% having intermediate professional title or above. The employees’ average age is 35 years old.
The Center carries out the innovation-driven development strategy of Jiangsu Province, and the key work arrangement of the provincial department of science and technology, insists on the science and technology service as the main line, provides supportive public service for the government’s science and technology management, and professional science and technology service of enterprises’ innovation and entrepreneurship, lays emphasis on the promotion of construction of Jiangsu Southern Self-dependent Innovation Demonstration Area, science and technology plan and policy consulting, high-end talent introduction, technology transfer, science and technology finance, inspection and testing, talent training, management consulting etc., and makes efforts to build the networked, professional and large-scale science and technology innovation service system.
