医院目前开放床位800张,服务全县120万人口,年门急诊70万余人次,收治住院病人4.5万余人次,病床使用率94%。现有22个临床科室,8个医技科室,22个行政职能科室及1个盐城市指定的司法鉴定所;有心血管内科、儿科、神经外科、肿瘤科、普外科、呼吸内科、影像科、检验科和泌尿外科9个市级临床医学重点专科,有肿瘤科、检验科、外科、骨科、呼吸内科、产科、影像科以及脑外科8个市级医学创新团队。
Unit Introduction:
Binhai General Hospital, a comprehensive one of first-class of Grade Two, is a collection of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation, prevention and health care. It owns various medical equipment and facilities of large scale including Philips Ingenia1.5TMR system,64 row spiral CT,16 row spiral CT, DSA, the linear accelerator, advanced electronic gastroscope and enteroscope, imported ultrasonography, full-automatic biochemical analyzer, DR, different kinds of endoscopy, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, modern central disinfection and supply, central suction and oxygen supply, ECG and so on.
The hospital now has800 hospital beds opened serving1.2 million residents in the county. The number of emergency treatment is up to over700,000 annually. And patients accepting treatment in hospital reach the total of45,000 resulting in94% use of hospital beds. Theta are22 clinical departments,8 medical technology departments,22 administrative departments and one judicial appraising office specified by Yancheng City; it possesses9 city key clinical specialty including departments of cardiovascular medicine, pediatrics, neurosurgery, oncology surgery, general surgery, respiratory, imaging, clinical laboratory and cerebral surgery. In addition, it also has8 city medical innovative teams made up by departments of oncology surgery, clinical laboratory, surgery, orthopedics, respiratory, obsterics, imaging and cerebral surgery.

Huaihai Institute of Technology is a public full-time undergraduate university affiliated to the Jiangsu provincial government. 预期目标:
1.完善GaN的HEMT器件的设计和工艺流程,开发650V系列的GaN功率器件产品,开展65W小型电源适配器的原型产品的设计和组装和调试。
2.做到最小线宽达0.5微米的产品。
3.完善相关的平台建设,加强耗尽型HEMT的工艺开发,能够小量生产4寸晶圆的GaN HEMT器,器件性能与国外同类产品相当;设计开发增强型的GaN HEMT器件,完成工艺流程的初步调试。完成65W以下小型电源适配器的批量化生产。
4.完成GaN的HEMT相关工艺技术的固化,产线可以批量生产耗尽型GaN的功率器件,完成整个技术或某项技术的量产转化工作。完成增强型GaN功率器件的工艺流程。
5.除此之外,还将申请各项专利8项以上,发表文章3篇以上。
Expected Objectives:
1.Improving the design and process of GaN HEMT device, developing650V series GaN power device products, and developing the prototype product design, assembly and debugging of65W small power adapter.

We are urgently looking for the technology or input material to deal with Sphaerotheca aphanis and Tetranychus cinnbarinus in strawberry, Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Spodoptera litura in cucumber, Colletorichum lycopersici and Phytophthora infestans in tomato, and as well the snails. planting for a long time.
3.New varieties importing.
